GRAND TETONS NATIONAL PARK
As our week in Moab came to an end, we said goodbye to Katie and Dave, and were off to our next adventure in Wyoming/Montana! We spent our next day driving to West Yellowstone, and went through the Grand Tetons National Park along the way! I wish we had more time at this part as it’s so so pretty, but our schedule just didn’t allow for it. We were however able to make several stops this day during our drive though the park to take in some of the sights! I just couldn’t get over the views!
We headed towards Jenny Lake, our first stop as we drove through the park.

After we had walked around and enjoyed the lake/trails, as we were headed back to our car, there was a fox in the parking lot. He looked hurt – he was getting around pretty well but did have a limp and that’s probably why he was where he was.

We also saw snow, and since we’re Texans from Houston, we had to get a picture. Obviously.

On our way out of the park (which runs right into Yellowstone by the way), we had to make one last stop at Jackson Lake.

I really wish we had more time to explore this park to its fullest potential, but I told David that just means we’ll have to go back! Maybe next time we will see it in the Fall!!
