Sunday, November 9th
This really was a day of chill. I spent it by the pool in a lounge chair as I watched David snorkel in the ocean below. There’s really not much to write about this day because that’s mostly what we did. It was so relaxing laying there, looking up at the palm trees and listening to the waves crash it. It’s a memory I’ve tried to sear into my brain because I don’t ever want to forget it.
We stayed by the pool that afternoon into the evening as I waited for the sun to set. I’m so glad we were patient and waited because it was a lovely last evening in Maui.
